As you all know what we eat/consume can nourish our body (hair included) or destroy it! The Daily Green article details that "in 4 weeks you can make the switch to a diet of delicious, whole, organic foods, local foods, artisan foods with fewer pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, genetically modified ingredients or chemical additives".
I've been eating 'greener' for several years, the positive results are significant and I can still go even 'greener'! The 'Days' offer valuable information we can actually do. With benefits of a healthy body, clear skin, clear mind, healthier teeth, healthy hair & better energy why would we choose to not consume the 'greener', healthiest, nourishing foods and beverages possible?
